QRI Lifestyle – The Daily Win

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Daily Win is open exclusively to current, full-paying financial members of QRI Lifestyle, including:

• Active Members
• Associate Members
• Senior Members
• Retired Members
• Family add-on members are not eligible.
• Members must be financial on the day of the draw (i.e. membership fees paid and up to date) to qualify.

2. Entry and Draw Mechanics

• All eligible members are automatically entered into the draw – no action is required to participate.
• One (1) winner is drawn daily using a randomised system from the current list of financial members.
• Data is refreshed weekly, with entries reflecting the most recent member status.
• No additional entry fee is required to participate.

3. Prizes and Redemption

• Each winner will receive the daily prize value (between $100 and $3,000).
• Winnings will be deposited to your bank account within 7 days.
• Winners will be asked for their BSB and Account number.
• Monthly calendars will be published on the QRI Lifestyle website showing the prize value available each day.

4. Notifications and Communications

• Winners will be notified via email/ if no email address on file, then by phone within 7 days.
• Saturday and Sunday winners will be notified on the following work day.
• By accepting a prize, winners consent to QRI Lifestyle using their first initial, last name, and suburb for promotional purposes (e.g. website, email newsletters), unless the winner explicitly requests anonymity.
• QRI may also request a short interview or testimonial from winners.

5. Membership Grace Period

• If a winning member has lapsed in payment, a 14-day grace period applies to restore financial status.

6. Exclusions

• QRI Lifestyle State Management Committee (SMC), Office Bearers, and QRI Lifestyle Staff are ineligible to win.
• Should a Staff Member or SMC Office Bearer be drawn, the amount will be automatically reallocated to the QRI Lifestyle Scholarship Fund, to be awarded to eligible members.

7. General Conditions

• QRI Lifestyle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel The Daily Win at any time without notice, due to circumstances including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failure, or unforeseen administrative issues.
• QRI Lifestyle will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in The Daily Win or the acceptance/use of any prize.
