As you know during the peak summer holiday seasons, QRI holiday accommodation can be in high demand. Our ballot ensures QRI members fair access to Coolum, Mermaid Beach and Yeppoon units.

Check-in / check-out days will occur on Friday for the following dates. 

1. Friday, 12th December - Friday, 19th December.
2. Friday, 19th December - Friday, 26th December.
3. Friday, 26th December - Friday, 2nd January 2026.
4. Friday, 2nd January - Friday, 9th January 2026.

Ballot period booking is for QRI members only. CLOSING DATE: Friday 20 June 2025.
