A Personal Message from Me
I’ve been with QRI for over 13 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been amazing to watch how much things have changed. Seeing the renovations at Coolum set a new bar was such a proud moment, and now with Yeppoon's upgrades complete, I’m beyond excited to share it with all of you. We’re also just about to wrap up the Mermaid Beach renovations, and I can’t wait to open it up for everyone to check out soon! It’s so rewarding to see QRI Lifestyle continue to grow and evolve, and I’m really happy that we can offer our members these refreshed spaces to enjoy.

Wonderful, everything is excellent.
Coffee machine was delivered yesterday and it’s great.
There’s a great laundry if you need to wash. Very convenient.
Bedrooms are very comfortable with aircon and heating.
Transport is easy. Catch the 50c bus around the corner from the units
into town and back again. Good for going to dinner at night.
Plenty to do up here. But the weather was not kind enough to go to Keppel this time.

Kitchen & Dining Refresh
The kitchen has received a much-needed facelift, with new cabinetry, benchtops, and updated appliances. Whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or preparing a holiday feast, you’ll find everything you need in a cleaner, more organised layout.
Bedroom Touch-Ups
Bedrooms now have new window furnishings and improved storage ensuring a restful and comfortable night’s sleep.
Attention to Detail Throughout
General improvements throughout the unit include new décor, maintenance repairs, and small finishing touches that truly elevate the overall experience.
