Karen Scott Brings QRI Lifestyle to You: On-Site at Queensland Rail & Aurizon Depots At QRI Lifestyle, we believe in more than just offering great benefits, we believe in creating meaningful connections. One of the most impactful ways we do this is through face-to-face presentations with Queensland Rail (QR) and Aurizon employees across depots and offices statewide. As Marketing Manager, I have the pleasure of leading these efforts and bringing the QRI Lifestyle experience to new and current employees, so that they can take full advantage of our offerings and live their best life, for less!

They’re short, sharp and engaging as I give a snapshot of what QRI has to offer. There’s time for questions and signing up members, so they can start enjoying savings and benefits immediately. I find they spark interest from both long-standing members and those new to the idea of joining. It’s a great chance to reconnect with current members and to grow the QRI family by welcoming new faces. Even our current members need a refresh, as many haven’t kept up with our latest offerings. They notice changes that add value to their membership, like the new ‘Daily Win’ lottery and our $1.5million in renovations to our exclusive member holiday apartments. There is always much to be excited about.
Why These Visits Matter Depot and site visits are much more than just a presentation, they’re an opportunity to put QRI Lifestyle in the spotlight, to showcase the ever-evolving range of exclusive benefits available to members, and to remind staff that QRI is here to support, reward, and enhance their lifestyle. We view these personal touchpoints as critical. They ensure that QR and Aurizon employees are kept up to date with the most current offerings, can ask questions in real time, and take home printed information (and a treat or two) to share with family. Where possible and time permitting, staff may even be treated to a complimentary morning tea, a gesture that reinforces the community spirit that QRI fosters.
