The QRI Scholarship Awards Night, held on 30 October 2025 at the elegant Inchcolm Hotel in Spring Hill, was a proud celebration of young achievement, talent, and potential. Surrounded by family, friends, and QRI representatives, this year’s event recognised the outstanding efforts of 16 deserving recipients whose dedication and determination shone brightly across academics, sport, and the arts.

The evening brought together proud parents and families supporting students ranging in age from 8 to 23 years old. The majority of recipients were there in person to receive their awards, while others joined virtually from across the state, proving that distance is no barrier to being part of this special celebration.

This year’s scholarships were awarded across a variety of categories, including Major and Minor Academic Awards, Sporting Awards, Arts Awards, and Encouragement Awards. Each category highlights a different way QRI members and their families strive for excellence—whether through study, performance, or personal development.

Members of the State Management Committee (SMC) and  QRI Life Members were delighted to present the awards and personally congratulate recipients on their success.

From outstanding academic results to exceptional sporting performances and creative talents, the stories behind each recipient were truly inspiring. Many of the young people recognised have balanced studies, training, and community commitments, showing remarkable drive and passion for their pursuits. For QRI, it was a wonderful reminder of the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and creators emerging from within the membership community.

QRI Lifestyle has long been committed to supporting the wellbeing and growth of its members and their families. The QRI Scholarship Program reflects this commitment, offering financial assistance to help QRI members, their children/grandchildren pursue education, sporting goals, and artistic development. The funds provided through these scholarships often help ease the cost of tuition, equipment, training, or travel expenses, allowing recipients to focus on what truly matters, reaching their full potential.

Parents in attendance echoed that sentiment, expressing heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity these scholarships provide. Many shared how the financial support has helped their children access programs, workshops, and learning experiences that might otherwise have been out of reach.

QRI would like to extend sincere congratulations to all our 2025 QRI Scholarship recipients and their families. Your achievements are an inspiration to the wider QRI community, and we look forward to seeing how each of you continues to learn, grow, and contribute to your chosen fields.
