Accommodation Mermaid Beach
Perfect for a summer or winter getaway - the QRI Mermaid Beach units are located in the heart of the Gold Coast. Mermaid Beach provides visitors with sandy beaches, endless restaurants and cafés, shopping, fishing and more.
To view availability and book QRI Accommodation, members will need to log in to the QRI website. Once you've logged in to the website, you will find the Check Availability and Book page under the Holiday Units tab.

Reciprocal Member Enquiries: Please note, you will need to email holidays@qri.com.au to see availability and call the office to book accommodation.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not take holiday bookings more than 12 months in advance.
Occupancy Limits
Each holiday unit has a maximum occupancy limit, as stated in the booking confirmation and property listing. Under no circumstances may the number of guests exceed this limit. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Please note, exceeding the stated occupancy may also be a breach of local council or fire regulations and is therefore considered unlawful.
